This is thanks to MCTS NEXT, a cost-neutral system-wide redesign of the MCTS map. While 2023 is the year for premium-amenity BRT service, many local routes saw improved frequencies in 2021. MCTS is working towards a seamless transition from the GoldLine to BRT mid 2023.

The east side portion of the retired GoldLine will be supported by robust service on the high frequency Route 30 To the west, the retired GoldLine to Brookfield Square will be bridged by an extension of Waukesha Metro Route 1 to the MRMC. It will then serve as a rapid connector to local north-south and downtown routes, creating a robust spine for the transit corridor. To reserve your parking spot, visit the Irish Fest SpotHero Parking Page and book a spot with rates up to 50% off drive-up.Passengers can quickly transfer from the BRT to any local route using the same existing regular fare structure! This is a premium service at a regular fare price.īRT will effectively replace the GoldLine, taking the busiest portion of that local route and elevating it to a premium, high-frequency service. We recommend booking convenient and affordable parking in advance through SpotHero, the nation's leading parking reservations app. Irish Fest is only associated with shuttling services offered from the official Irish Fest Hotel Packages. Call around or check online for locations that offer shuttle service. Shuttles: Many of the local bars, restaurants and hotels surrounding the festival area offer free shuttle rides to and from the festival grounds during Irish Fest. Park at a nearby bar, restaurant or hotel and take a shuttle to the grounds. You can also visit Park Milwaukee, a downtown parking resource, to view all of the parking lots and structures in the Milwaukee area. If you decide to park in a nearby lot, the prices will be posted at that lot and may vary by location and time. Many steets have parking rules that end at 6 pm on Friday and Saturday, and there are no parking limitations/fees on Sundays. You may decide where to park based on how much you're willing to pay and how far you are willing to walk. Milwaukee Irish Fest DOES NOT maintain any of the parking lots in the area. There are a variety of street parking and parking lot options near the festival grounds (note that street parking is free on the weekends).
